Wash your hands thoroughly and often Your hands are the most common vehicle for transporting germs. Keep them as germ-free as possible by regularly washing them with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds; when soap and water is not available, use a hand sanitizer.
Use the provided telephone wipes to sanitize your workspace telephone If you need extra telephone wipes, contact the local Facilities & Services team.
Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue when coughing or sneezing Throw away used tissues immediately. Wipe your nose and mouth in a way that keeps body fluids on the tissue and away from your hands.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth Germs are often spread when you touch something contaminated with germs. Germs can live for two hours or more on surfaces like doorknobs, desks or chairs.
Avoid close contact with people who are ill If you are ill, safeguard the health of others by working from home or taking time off until you have fully recovered.
Common Symptoms
As a reminder, if you do experience flu-like symptoms (or contract any communicable disease that can spread to the population by airborne means such as Chicken Pox, TB, etc.), you must report this to your Lead or HR immediately.
Thanks & Regards
